South Africa a land of Ubuntu: What Ubuntu and whose Ubuntu?

After having been appointed to takeover from Mandela as a home boy Thabo Mbeki was forced out of the office by the preachers of Ubuntu and Democracy. The South african people never said they no longer want Mbeki in power but his party took it upon themselves and sacked the man. Can we call that Ubuntu? There is a lot to be said here and what is it about South african politics? The call themselves the Rainbow Nation, yet there is no black in the rainbow colors.
